- Experience in sales, intake, call centers, retention, or high-volume client service is highly valued — but drive, coachability, and work ethic are essential.
RESPONSIBILTIES
- Be the first voice of the firm — connect with potential clients through phone, email, and online inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
- Turn conversations into opportunities to help by gathering key information and creating a lead record for every potential client who reaches out.
- Guide people through the next step by clearly explaining the intake process and scheduling their initial consultation.
- Keep momentum moving by following up with potential clients and making sure no one falls through the cracks.
- Be a problem solver for clients by helping them complete simple electronic forms and troubleshooting when needed.
- Keep the team informed and aligned by entering clear, detailed notes of every client interaction in our CRM system.
- Stay on top of the details by tracking client information and documents using internal tools that keep cases moving forward.
- Own the scheduling experience by coordinating intake appointments and handling reschedules or cancellations smoothly.
- Partner with leadership and teammates when a case needs additional review or direction.
- Contribute to a high-performing team by tracking productivity and helping the department hit daily goals.
