Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Have a clear, friendly phone presence and love talking to people
  • Have at least 1 year of phone-based customer service or sales
  • Are dependable and don’t ghost (seriously, don’t apply if flaking is your thing)
  • Can follow a process but still bring your personality
  • Want to be part of a team that values speed, integrity, and results

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer inbound calls
  • Convert those calls into rented units
  • Help current customers with questions or payments
  • Use our systems (training provided) to log notes and update accounts
  • Work 15-25 hours per week
  • You must have weekend and evening availability as well as some weekdays during the day. The latest we answer calls is 7pm EST.
  • Must have quiet, distraction free workspace and provide your own laptop/pc with reliable internet connection
