Remote Call Center Rep
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Have a clear, friendly phone presence and love talking to people
- Have at least 1 year of phone-based customer service or sales
- Are dependable and don’t ghost (seriously, don’t apply if flaking is your thing)
- Can follow a process but still bring your personality
- Want to be part of a team that values speed, integrity, and results
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer inbound calls
- Convert those calls into rented units
- Help current customers with questions or payments
- Use our systems (training provided) to log notes and update accounts
- Work 15-25 hours per week
- You must have weekend and evening availability as well as some weekdays during the day. The latest we answer calls is 7pm EST.
- Must have quiet, distraction free workspace and provide your own laptop/pc with reliable internet connection
