REQUIREMENTS
• Strong agency recruitment skills with a delivery-first mindset
• Excellent candidate management: relationship building, influence, negotiation support, and closing discipline
• Business acumen: you understand what “excellent” looks like in a hire and can assess impact, not just keywords, our clients hire the top 5% of talent in the market
• Exposure to leadership hiring and/or specialist hiring in engineering, commercial, or executive recruitment
• Confident with search techniques (Boolean, X-ray, mapping, targeted outreach) and structured delivery
• High levels of EQ: trust-builder, calm under pressure, handles sensitive conversations well
• Strong educational background preferred
• Experience placing talent into high-performing local and global organizations is a big plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Owning end-to-end delivery.
• Running deep-dive search: market mapping, competitor targeting, Boolean/X-ray, referrals, and proactive pipelining
• Applying structured methodologies: search plans, scorecards, calibrated shortlists, evidence-based candidate assessment
• Managing ultra-passive / international talent with discretion, pace, and credibility
• Delivering a high-touch candidate experience: prep, expectation-setting, feedback loops, and process control
• Keeping stakeholders aligned with clear updates, market insight, and strong process management
