REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ year of administrative, recruiting, staffing, or HR support experience
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when handling documentation and candidate records
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting
  • Proficiency with email, calendars, spreadsheets, and online systems

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between healthcare candidates, the Recruiter, and government clients
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and clear next steps
  • Post and manage job listings across job boards and staffing platforms
  • Review resumes for required credentials, licenses, and basic role qualifications
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Assist with collecting and tracking compliance documentation (licenses, certifications, immunization records, etc.)
  • Support onboarding logistics, gathering necessary documents for processing
  • Prepare and communicate 411 onboarding details to HR through ATS
  • Track recruiting activity and generate simple reports in spreadsheets or the ATS
  • Help ensure processes align with government contracting and healthcare compliance requirements
