REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ year of administrative, recruiting, staffing, or HR support experience
- Strong attention to detail, especially when handling documentation and candidate records
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting
- Proficiency with email, calendars, spreadsheets, and online systems
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between healthcare candidates, the Recruiter, and government clients
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and clear next steps
- Post and manage job listings across job boards and staffing platforms
- Review resumes for required credentials, licenses, and basic role qualifications
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Assist with collecting and tracking compliance documentation (licenses, certifications, immunization records, etc.)
- Support onboarding logistics, gathering necessary documents for processing
- Prepare and communicate 411 onboarding details to HR through ATS
- Track recruiting activity and generate simple reports in spreadsheets or the ATS
- Help ensure processes align with government contracting and healthcare compliance requirements
