RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities, providing clients with valuable insights.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met throughout the buying or selling process.
• Assist clients in property valuation by leveraging local market data and comparable property sales to establish competitive pricing strategies.
