REQUIREMENTS

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a desire to learn and succeed

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required

Basic knowledge of real estate or sales is a plus but not mandatory

RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate and follow up on leads through online platforms and networking

Schedule and conduct property viewings

Assist clients with rental and sales processes

Support operational activities related to holiday home management

Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems

Attend industry events to build connections
