Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2+ years of title/closing experience (required)

Strong understanding of real estate transaction flow from contract to close

Experience preparing settlement statements (HUD/CD)

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred :

Experience handling investor transactions (assignments, double closings, creative deals

Experience with Florida real estate transactions

Familiarity with Florida real estate law and closing practices

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee real estate files from contract to closing to ensure timeliness and efficiency

Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and internal team members

Prepare preliminary settlement statements (pre-HUDs) for prospects and clients

Assist attorney with contract preparation and revisions

Step in to assist with closings when needed (overflow or coverage)

Ensure all documents, payoffs, and requirements are collected prior to closing

Identify and proactively resolve issues that could delay closing

Maintain consistent communication with all parties throughout the transaction
