REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai Real Estate Market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation in English (Arabic or other languages).
• Deep knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Valid driver’s license and own car (Preferred/Required).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate, and follow up on property leads (buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants).
• Present properties to potential clients with high professionalism.
• Negotiate and close real estate transactions while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain active and strong relationships with clients .
• Stay up-to-date with local real estate laws, trends, and regulations.
