REQUIREMENTS

• Valid real estate license in the state of Georgia
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a real estate agent or in a related sales role
• Strong knowledge of the Atlanta real estate market and local neighborhoods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
• Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building client relationships
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required

RESPONSIBILITES

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in the Atlanta area
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings
• Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, and mortgages
• Negotiate contracts and terms between buyers and sellers to ensure smooth transactions
• Develop and maintain a network of clients, realtors, and industry professionals
• Prepare and review necessary documents such as contracts, leases, and closing statements
• Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends to provide accurate guidance
