QA Manager

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
• 6+ years of relevant experience in software quality assurance for web-based technologies
• Proven experience leading a team of test engineers in their daily activities
• Deep expertise in automation strategy, frameworks, and scalable tools
• Hands-on experience with API and database testing
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Java
• Strong understanding of the SDLC and various testing methodologies
• Ability to work specific hours (2:30am-11:30am ET) to coordinate with global teams

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee functional testing for the PulsePoint Platform and manage overall system test strategies
• Coordinate launch and post-launch QA activities while monitoring the impact of product changes
• Define KPIs, track progress, and communicate results clearly to stakeholders
• Assist in the design and evolution of the company’s QA processes and long-term testing strategies
• Lead and mentor a team of test engineers, delegating technical tasks and guiding their approach
• Contribute individually to test design, planning, and execution
• Review test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure full coverage based on requirements
• Identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies
