Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
– Strong expertise in procurement and logistics operations;
– Minimum 3 years of experience in a related role, preferably in the mining or oil & gas industry;
– Fluency in Russian and English (both written and spoken);
– Proficiency in ERP systems (experience with 1C ERP is preferred);
– Advanced knowledge of MS Office and other business applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Managing the procurement of materials and equipment for the company’s mining projects;
– Ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation and logistics of cargo, including customs clearance;
– Organizing tenders and RFQs in compliance with company policies;
– Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships;
– Overseeing document flow in the 1C ERP system;
– Identifying and implementing cost-saving and risk-minimization strategies;
– Reporting directly to the Head of Procurement.
