REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in Dubai real estate is preferred but motivated fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and enthusiastic.
• Good knowledge of the Dubai property market is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage but not mandatory.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals between landlords, buyers, and tenants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Follow up with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Keep up to date with the Dubai real estate market and property trends.
• Ensure all transactions comply with RERA and company policies.
• Meet monthly sales and leasing targets.
