REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
PMP certification is an advantage.

Experience

8–12 years of project management experience in landscaping and swimming pool construction.
Proven experience managing large-scale residential, commercial, hospitality, or villa landscape projects.
GCC/UAE experience is highly preferred.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of landscape construction, irrigation systems, softscape, hardscape, and swimming pool works.
Experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies and project execution.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and authority approvals.
Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience handling luxury villa, commercial, hospitality, or large-scale landscape developments.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors effectively.
Strong client-facing and project coordination experience.
Valid UAE Driving License preferred

RESPONSIBILITES

Manage end-to-end execution of landscape and swimming pool construction projects.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Supervise site engineers and construction teams to ensure quality workmanship.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and local authority requirements.
Review drawings, BOQs, contracts, and technical documents.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management.
Manage project costs, variations, claims, and change orders.
Resolve technical and operational issues to minimize project delays.
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure smooth project handover, documentation, and client satisfaction upon completion.
