REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or client services
• Experience working with founders, small teams, or high-growth businesses
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organization and follow-through
• Comfortable managing multiple clients and priorities at once
• Ability to push projects forward without heavy oversight
• Familiarity with tools like Asana, ClickUp, Notion, Google Workspace, Slack

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Experience in e-commerce, consumer brands, or startups
• Exposure to Amazon, DTC, retail, or wholesale channels
• Experience coordinating with agencies or fractional teams
• Understanding of business operations, forecasting, or exit prep

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own day-to-day project management across multiple ITB clients
• Translate strategic direction into clear project plans, timelines, and task lists
• Maintain accountability on deliverables, deadlines, and milestones
• Prepare agendas, run working sessions, and document next steps
• Ensure follow-through across internal teams, contractors, and clients
• Serve as a primary point of contact for execution-level client questions
• Provide clear updates, timelines, and status reporting to clients
• Flag risks, bottlenecks, and scope changes early
• Help clients feel supported, organized, and confident in progress
• Manage workflows across initiatives such as:
• Product launches & go-to-market plans
• Channel expansion (Amazon, DTC, retail, wholesale)
• Marketing, creative, and operational initiatives
• Exit-readiness and diligence preparation
• Coordinate inputs from agencies, freelancers, and partners
• Keep shared tools (Asana/ClickUp/Notion/Docs) clean and current
• Help standardize ITB workflows, templates, and operating rhythms
• Improve repeatable processes across clients as ITB scales
• Support onboarding of new clients into ITB’s project framework
• Create clarity where things are messy — and keep them moving
