REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8–15 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong experience in building construction, infrastructure, or contracting projects.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and teams.
• Knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and project planning tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Preferred

• Experience in UAE/Gulf construction projects.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• PMP certification is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, execute, and deliver construction projects according to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead project teams including engineers, supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders for project requirements and approvals.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved on time.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and contract requirements.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and site execution activities.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
• Prepare and submit project reports, documentation, and progress updates.
• Resolve site issues, delays, and technical challenges effectively.
