Project Design Coordinator

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of two years of experience in architecture or interior design
• Minimum of two years of experience in commercial kitchen planning and design
• Skillful competency in Revit and knowledge of BIM processes and LODs
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of architectural design phases and deliverables
• Degree in Architecture, Planning, Interior Design, or a related field

RESPONSIBILITES

• Develop commercial kitchen layouts using Revit
• Coordinate and execute all project phases from set-up through construction administration
• Communicate with clients and operations teams to establish project work plans
• Manage project documentation including RFIs, schedules, contracts, and change orders
• Collaborate with architects, design managers, and subcontractors to ensure high-quality delivery
• Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion
