Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong experience coordinating projects, schedules, and deliverables in a technology or consulting environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders with varying priorities and levels of technical understanding.
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform concepts) sufficient to coordinate work and discussions—without requiring hands-on configuration or development skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Clear, concise communication skills for status reporting, documentation, and facilitation.
  • Comfort working in Agile or iterative delivery environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to identify risks early and drive resolution through coordination and escalation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 3+ years of experience coordinating technology, operations, or consulting-related projects.

Preferred

  • Experience in a Project Coordinator, Program Coordinator, Delivery Manager, or similar role.
  • Familiarity coordinating work involving Power Apps, Power Automate, or other low-code platforms (no development required).
  • Experience supporting Microsoft-centric environments or consulting engagements.
  • Exposure to change management, training coordination, or user adoption activities.
  • Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary coordination point between business stakeholders, technical resources, and leadership.
  • Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines across one or more initiatives.
  • Facilitate requirements intake, prioritization, and clarification with business owners, ensuring needs are clearly documented and understood.
  • Track progress against scope, schedule, and commitments; proactively surface risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and status updates without being responsible for hands-on development.
  • Ensure deliverables meet agreed-upon objectives and are ready for deployment, communication, and adoption.
  • Support change management activities including communications, training coordination, and rollout planning.
  • Maintain project documentation such as delivery plans, decision logs, risks/issues, and status reporting.
  • Help standardize intake, delivery, and governance processes.
  • Act as a trusted liaison who translates between business needs and technical execution.
