Professional Trading Product Lead

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of product experience in professional trading terminals, brokerage, futures, forex, or derivatives platforms
• Deep understanding of professional trading workflows (analysis, ordering, position monitoring, stop-loss/take-profit)
• Familiarity with K-lines, order books, limit/market/conditional orders, and fund management
• Experience with complex Web-based tool products requiring high information density and stability
• Strong product judgment to identify real user pain points
• Ability to independently set direction, decompose paths, and drive cross-team collaboration

Preferred

• Experience with aggregated trading, cross-exchange trading, strategy trading, or quantitative tools
• Personal experience trading stocks, futures, forex, options, or other derivatives
• Experience with international trading products and understanding of diverse market habits
• Understanding of underlying mechanisms such as matching engines, risk control, and market data latency

RESPONSIBILITES

• Lead product planning, roadmap design, version iteration, and delivery quality for the professional trading platform
• Research trading workflows for professional, senior, and institutional users to translate core needs into product solutions
• Design core modules including professional K-lines, market data display, order panels, order management, and multi-leg trading
• Benchmark against mainstream professional and traditional financial trading terminals to improve professionalism and usability
• Collaborate with R&D, design, trading systems, risk control, and operations teams for high-quality delivery
• Track product metrics focusing on professional user retention, conversion, usage depth, and efficiency
