Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (strongly preferred) or related engineering fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Technical Engineer, Product Engineer, or similar role.
  • Strong ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience in training, product demonstrations, or installation support (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong research skills with the ability to study products, competitors, and market trends independently.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to create structured training material and reports.
  • Willingness to visit sites for technical evaluations or training sessions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Product & Technical Training

  • Deliver structured product training to internal teams, installation staff, and external partners.
  • Simplify technical concepts and explain product features, installation processes, and system configurations.
  • Prepare and update training materials—manuals, guides, presentations, and demonstration videos.

Market Research & Product Development Support

  • Conduct market studies to identify new product opportunities, competitors’ offerings, industry trends, and customer needs.
  • Provide insights to the R&D team for the introduction of new products or improvement of existing ones.
  • Collect field data, customer feedback, and installation challenges to support product design enhancements.
  • Prepare reports on market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and potential product gaps.

Sales Engineering Responsibilities

  • Understand and explain technical specifications of products.
  • Support the sales team with product knowledge, technical clarifications, and solution recommendations.

Self-Learning & Research

  • Continuously study market trends, new technologies, and emerging solutions relevant to our client’s product categories.
  • Independently research installation methods, product performance standards, and global industry practices.
  • Stay updated with new R&D developments and contribute ideas for product innovation.

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure installation teams follow our client’s Industries’ standards and best practices.
  • Work closely with R&D, Quality Control, Technical Support, and Operations teams for continuous improvement.
