Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of post-residency work experience
• 2+ years experience in an in-person primary care setting
• Experience with virtual visits
• Active IMLC compact license or residing in an IMLC member state
• Prior experience with EPIC EMR
• Clean background and medical malpractice history
• Ability to commit 24 hours per week
• Flexibility for varied schedules including evenings and weekends
• Experience handling 3+ cases per hour

Preferred

• Spanish speaking skills
• Strong interest in longitudinal patient relationships

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a fully-remote, virtual setting
• Elevate remote care by providing compassionate and meaningful patient encounters
• Manage a dedicated panel of patients as their primary care physician
• Refer patients to specialists or acute care services when clinically indicated
• Work on population health initiatives for risk-attributed patients
• Support patients immediately post-discharge to improve understanding of treatment plans
• Practice continuous self-evaluation to ensure adherence to clinical guidelines
