REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
Minimum 1–5 years of experience in portfolio management, real estate brokerage, or property investment within the UAE
Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and investment landscape
Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and financial reporting abilities
Proven ability to manage high-value portfolios and client accounts
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
UAE driving license is preferred
RERA certification is an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and oversee a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and developers
Develop portfolio growth strategies to maximize returns and occupancy levels
Analyze market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities within the UAE real estate market
Advise clients on property investments, acquisitions, and portfolio diversification
Monitor portfolio performance and prepare regular reports for management and clients
Coordinate with sales, leasing, and marketing teams to ensure portfolio objectives are achieved
Negotiate contracts, renewals, and property agreements
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
Maintain accurate records and portfolio data within CRM systems
