REQUIREMENTS
- Experience shooting events and interviews.
- Proven experience as a Photographer, Videographer, and Video Editor.
- Strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography, and editing work.
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom (or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and storytelling.
- Experience with cameras, lenses, stabilizers, lighting equipment, and audio gear.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong creative sense.
- Willingness to work on-site in Dubai (this is not a remote position).
Preferred
- Experience in corporate, financial, or marketing-related content.
- Motion graphics or basic animation skills.
- Knowledge of social media content formats and trends.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute professional photo and video shoots (corporate, events, social media, interviews, promotional content).
- Capture high-quality photos and videos using professional equipment.
- Edit photos and videos to a high standard suitable for digital marketing, social media, websites, and advertisements.
- Create short-form and long-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, ads, corporate videos).
- Handle post-production tasks including color correction, sound editing, motion graphics (basic), and final exports.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to meet campaign requirements.
- Manage and organize media files, backups, and content archives.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all visual content.
- Stay updated with current trends in photography, videography, and video editing.
