REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to speak English and proficiently read (English is first language)
• Must be motivated to work on your own and work your scheduled shift daily
• Good customer service skills
• Must have laptop/computer and meet Internet Speed Requirements
• Windows 10 or higher
• Must have internal camera/external webcam and USB headset
• Must have a designated work-space free of distraction and background noise

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound survey phone calls
• Gather information into the computer system
• Submit information and classify calls correctly based on individual responses
