Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Animal Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven success in sales, preferably within the pet industry or consumer goods.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate the science behind pet nutrition and wellness products.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite for sales tracking and reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed pet product sales targets within assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and veterinary clinics, understanding their unique business needs.
• Conduct persuasive product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the unique benefits and value proposition of our pet product lines.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and product development insights.
