Patient Enrollment Specialist
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in a phone-based role such as healthcare, intakes, call centers, or admissions
- Comfortable performing high-volume outbound calling
- Strong communication skills with a warm and confident energy
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage a pipeline independently
- Ability to work a consistent part-time schedule, including potential evening or weekend shifts
- Available to start immediately
Preferred
- Previous sales experience
- Experience working in a remote, self-managed environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and texts to prospective patients
- Schedule initial appointments and manage consistent follow-ups
- Document all patient touchpoints accurately within the system
- Explain program details clearly and compassionately to address patient questions
- Coordinate with the clinical care team to ensure smooth patient handoffs
