REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience making 80-100 calls per day in a call center or similar environment.
- Demonstrated success in scheduling over 70% of referred patients, with verifiable results from previous employers.
- Strong background in healthcare, with the ability to handle complex patient interactions.
- Proficiency in taking insurance information and checking insurance details.
- Experience working with CRM and EMR systems.
- Exceptional communication skills with a warm and sweet tone.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make 80-100 outgoing calls daily to schedule patient appointments.
- Achieve a scheduling success rate of over 70% of referred patients, as proven by previous employment records.
- Engage with patients using an extremely warm and sweet tone, especially those who are complex and sleep-deprived.
- Accurately take and record insurance information and check insurance details in our system.
- Utilize CRM and EMR systems to manage patient information and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions and scheduled appointments.
