REQUIREMENTS

* 3-6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, events management, or community management
* Experience running events end-to-end (planning, logistics, execution, communication, feedback)
* Proven track record in building partnerships, managing stakeholders, and coordinating end-to-end events (preferably within wellness, lifestyle, healthcare, or community-driven sectors). Open to candidates working in a start-up environment
* Confident in outreach, networking, and representing the brand professionally across meetings, events, and activations.
* Based in Dubai with solid UAE market exposure
* Arabic-speaking preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Identify, research, and approach potential partners including practitioners, wellness studios, corporates, influencers, and community groups.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners.
* Develop partnership proposals, outreach messages, and collaboration concepts.
* Coordinate co-branded workshops, talks, activations, and community initiatives.
* Track and manage an organized partnership pipeline using internal tools.
* Professionally represent the company in meetings, calls, and networking events.
* Negotiate partnership terms and ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.

* Plan, manage, and execute a variety of events including talks, workshops, corporate sessions, and community activations.
* Oversee all event logistics: scheduling, venue bookings, equipment, and registrations.
* Handle attendee communication before, during, and after events.
* Work with practitioners and partners to design meaningful, engaging event content.
* Lead on-site event operations as the primary point of contact.
* Collect feedback, track attendance, and report on event performance.
* Maintain an organized event calendar aligned with brand priorities.
* Lead planning for larger-scale events with support from internal and external teams.

* Coordinate with marketing to promote partnerships and events effectively.
* Support online and offline community engagement initiatives.
* Build collaborative projects with practitioners, influencers, and brand ambassadors.
* Ensure strong, consistent brand representation across all communication and outreach.
* Identify new partnership categories and growth opportunities.

* Track KPIs for partnerships, collaborations, and event success.
* Maintain partnership agreements, databases, calendars, and communication logs.
* Provide weekly and monthly performance updates to the founders.
* Support cross-department projects where required.
* Assist with creating briefs, schedules, checklists, and event reports.
