Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely and without restriction or sponsorship
Effective time management, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimal assistance
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external clients
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with incoming as well as follow up outbound Phone Calls and emails to/from customers
Trouble shooting client issues related to due dates, reports, pricing, invoices, scheduling, etc.
Arrange/set up client and/or client prospect appointments for Account Manager
Generate and qualify leads by placing outbound calls to qualified prospects
Data Entry and maintenance of hotlists, communications, documents in our CRM Program
Create /send follow up marketing materials and/or sales proposals/quote
