Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
2. 2–5 years of proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in interior fit-out, office furniture, modular furniture, or building materials.
3. Strong knowledge of interior fit-out solutions, furniture products, and project sales.
4. Ability to generate new business through field visits, cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
6. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
7. Strong customer service orientation with a professional and positive attitude.
8. Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
9. Familiarity with the UAE market and an existing network of architects, contractors, consultants, and corporate clients is an added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Generate new business opportunities through outdoor sales visits, cold calling, and networking.
2. Visit corporate offices, retail outlets, contractors, architects, consultants, and construction sites to identify potential projects.
3. Promote the company’s interior fit-out and furniture solutions to prospective clients.
4. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and fit-out solutions.
5. Prepare quotations and proposals, and follow up to convert inquiries into sales.
6. Negotiate prices and contract terms while maintaining company profitability.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
8. Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project teams to ensure timely project execution.
9. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
10. Conduct regular market surveys to identify competitors, pricing trends, and new business opportunities.
