REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience within the travel industry, specifically focusing on outbound travel in the GCC region.
  • Strong understanding of global travel markets, diverse destinations, and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing client and partner relationships.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with a results-driven mindset.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase outbound travel bookings from the GCC region and surpass revenue targets.
  • Manage B2B and B2C client relationships, providing high-quality booking support and ensuring all client needs are met.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with suppliers, airlines, and hotels to negotiate competitive deals.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of travel consultants to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and improve service offerings.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to create and promote tailored travel packages.
