Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles with a focus on technology or logistics sales
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently
  • Familiarity with CRM software like ZoHo or similar platforms for managing customer interactions
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of outbound calling techniques and marketing strategies to generate leads effectively
  • Ability to conduct technical sales discussions and explain complex logistics services clearly
  • Demonstrated ability in business development, customer service, and relationship management

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities
  • Promote our client’s Warehousing’s logistics solutions through persuasive communication and tailored presentations
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions within CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as ZoHo
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and outreach strategies
  • Follow up with leads promptly, nurturing relationships to convert prospects into loyal customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, understanding client needs, and offering suitable solutions
