REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles with a focus on technology or logistics sales
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently
- Familiarity with CRM software like ZoHo or similar platforms for managing customer interactions
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of outbound calling techniques and marketing strategies to generate leads effectively
- Ability to conduct technical sales discussions and explain complex logistics services clearly
- Demonstrated ability in business development, customer service, and relationship management
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities
- Promote our client’s Warehousing’s logistics solutions through persuasive communication and tailored presentations
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions within CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as ZoHo
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and outreach strategies
- Follow up with leads promptly, nurturing relationships to convert prospects into loyal customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, understanding client needs, and offering suitable solutions
