OTC Institutional Sales – Crypto & Digital Assets

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant experience in institutional sales, OTC trading, financial markets, cryptocurrency, brokerage, or a related financial-services environment.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency and digital-asset markets.
• Experience developing institutional client relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to understand client trading requirements and translate them into appropriate trading solutions.
• Experience with OTC or institutional trading is advantageous.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Develop relationships with institutional clients including family offices, banks, exchanges, brokers, venture-capital firms, hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
• Work closely with clients to develop customised trading strategies.
• Manage execution of OTC trading orders, including on/off-ramp and block-trading transactions.
• Build and maintain long-term institutional client relationships.
• Understand client trading requirements and coordinate with internal teams to support execution and settlement.
• Develop new business opportunities within the institutional OTC market.
