REQUIREMENTS

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, identify process issues, and contribute to data-driven decisions.
• Excellent Communication abilities to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, and to document processes clearly.
• Sales-related awareness and customer-centric thinking to understand client needs, support account teams, and contribute to operational feasibility of new offerings.
• Operations Management experience to manage workflows, optimize procedures, and maintain high standards of service delivery.
• Project Management skills to coordinate initiatives, track milestones, and support implementation of new operational capabilities.
• Prior experience in fintech, banking, or financial services operations is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, SaaS environments, and basic regulatory concepts (e.g., KYC/AML) is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-changing environment.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Monitor daily operational processes, coordinate workflows across onboarding, transactions, lending, and payments, and help resolve operational issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Support implementation of new financial products, document and optimize operational procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance reliability, scalability, and regulatory adherence.
• Close collaboration with product, engineering, compliance, and client-facing teams to ensure service-level commitments are met and operational risks are managed.
• Assist with data-driven reporting, client onboarding support, and internal projects that streamline processes and improve client experience.
