REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in customer service or call center environments within the financial or banking industry
• Strong knowledge of financial sales techniques and client communication strategies
• Familiarity with banking regulations, financial compliance standards, and fraud prevention methods
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems
• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency are highly desirable
• Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs and identify potential risks or opportunities
• Industry knowledge of financial regulations such as banking regulatory compliance is preferred
• Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
• Experience with financial services platforms or related software is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing clear guidance on financial products and services
• Assist clients with account management tasks including data entry, updates, and transaction processing while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Identify potential fraud or suspicious activity by analyzing account behaviors and implementing fraud prevention and detection protocols
• Educate clients on banking regulations, industry compliance standards, and security measures to ensure safe transactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client issues, ensuring high satisfaction levels
• Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, transaction logs, and compliance documentation using Microsoft Office tools and internal systems
• Support multilingual clients by providing bilingual services when necessary, enhancing accessibility for diverse customer bases
