Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- C1+ English (spoken and written)
- High energy, warm, and genuinely great to talk to — the kind of person clients enjoy working with
- Polished, confident, and professional on camera and on calls
- Determined problem-solver who digs until they find the right answer and doesn’t give up when something is unclear
- Previous experience in customer onboarding, customer success, account management, or a client-facing SaaS role
- Excellent communicator on calls, video, and in writing — able to make complex things feel simple
- Comfortable learning technical products quickly and teaching them to others
- Highly organized; able to manage multiple client onboardings at once without dropping details
- Comfortable with tools like Notion, Slack, Loom, and CRMs
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently
- Experience with AI image or video generation tools is a plus
- Experience working with agencies or in the creator/content industry is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead onboarding kickoff calls and walk new agency clients through account setup and configuration
- Train clients on Minerva’s image and video generation pipelines, galleries, and core workflows
- Build and maintain onboarding materials — guides, checklists, Loom walkthroughs, and help docs
- Act as the first point of contact for new clients and answer their questions clearly and quickly
- Drive clients to key activation milestones and first results within their first weeks
- Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate technical problems to the development team with clear detail
- Track onboarding progress and flag at-risk clients before they stall
- Collect client feedback and relay patterns to the product and development teams
- Hand off fully onboarded clients to ongoing support with clean documentation
