Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • C1+ English (spoken and written)
  • High energy, warm, and genuinely great to talk to — the kind of person clients enjoy working with
  • Polished, confident, and professional on camera and on calls
  • Determined problem-solver who digs until they find the right answer and doesn’t give up when something is unclear
  • Previous experience in customer onboarding, customer success, account management, or a client-facing SaaS role
  • Excellent communicator on calls, video, and in writing — able to make complex things feel simple
  • Comfortable learning technical products quickly and teaching them to others
  • Highly organized; able to manage multiple client onboardings at once without dropping details
  • Comfortable with tools like Notion, Slack, Loom, and CRMs
  • Ability to problem-solve and work independently
  • Experience with AI image or video generation tools is a plus
  • Experience working with agencies or in the creator/content industry is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead onboarding kickoff calls and walk new agency clients through account setup and configuration
  • Train clients on Minerva’s image and video generation pipelines, galleries, and core workflows
  • Build and maintain onboarding materials — guides, checklists, Loom walkthroughs, and help docs
  • Act as the first point of contact for new clients and answer their questions clearly and quickly
  • Drive clients to key activation milestones and first results within their first weeks
  • Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate technical problems to the development team with clear detail
  • Track onboarding progress and flag at-risk clients before they stall
  • Collect client feedback and relay patterns to the product and development teams
  • Hand off fully onboarded clients to ongoing support with clean documentation
