On-Call Client Care Coordinator
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Someone who is highly responsive and can think quickly on their feet.
- A strong communicator with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Prior experience in healthcare, home care, or a similar fast-paced environment is a plus but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitoring and responding to text messages, emails, and phone calls from caregivers, clients, and families.
- Handling urgent scheduling needs such as callouts, tardiness, and last-minute adjustments.
- Ensuring seamless shift transitions, especially during high-activity periods (around 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM).
- Communicating with professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
