REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2/3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
- Fluency iEnglish is mandatory
- Knowledge of Italian language will be consider a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
- A proactive, self-confident, and communicative personality with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in working under pressure, meeting deadlines, and achieving goals in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion in managing confidential information.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide back-office support for the ME commercial team, ensuring effective client management and order processing.
- Organize meetings and manage the calendar of the ME Market Sales Team.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Coordinate customer-related logistics, including pickups and drop-offs.
- Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a professional experience.
- Procure office supplies, including stationery and medical materials.
- Plan and organize training sessions, events, and internal meetings.
