Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

Registered Nurse (RN) – Mandatory
Valid DHA License – Mandatory
5–10 years of nursing experience, including UAE experience
Previous Home Healthcare/Home Care experience is mandatory
Strong documentation and reporting skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to supervise and manage nursing teams
Good knowledge of DHA regulations and home healthcare standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation
Fluent in English and Hindi – Mandatory
Immediate joiners will be preferred

RESPONSIBILITES

Supervise and coordinate daily home healthcare operations.
Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
Review and maintain accurate patient documentation and records.
Conduct staff training, competency assessments, and performance evaluations.
Prepare duty rosters and manage nurse deployment.
Coordinate with physicians, insurance providers, patients, and families.
Conduct quality audits to ensure high standards of service.
Resolve operational issues and provide guidance and support to the nursing team.
