Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in merchandising principles.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail merchandising or a related role, showcasing a strong background in product assortment.
• Certification in Visual Merchandising is a plus, demonstrating expertise in creating compelling displays.
• Experience in the fashion or consumer goods industry, allowing for an understanding of market trends and customer preferences.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Daily trade visit to upgrade the display.
• Follow up with delivery driver so that pending delivery can be executed in time.
•  Communicating with the sales manager and sales executives about the order, display and pricing if changed.
• Monitoring the proper temperature is maintained in the display and store.
• Taking the excessive stock in the back door chiller to avoid the damage.
• Arranging the proper display, pricing, bar coding and following first in first out procedure.
• As and when required attending the exhibition and doing products sampling and demonstrating the products utility.
• Executing the urgent deliveries and upgrading the merchandising.
• Monitoring the stock rotation to control the expiry and any discrepancy preparing the orders.
