REQUIREMENTS

• Must be board-certified with current, active, unrestricted medical license
• Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills
• Expected workload: 20 hours per week, with flexibility to scale up

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design clinically realistic scenarios based on your specialty
• (diagnostic reasoning, treatment planning, risk stratification, guideline adherence)
• Write “gold-standard” reference responses at attending-level quality
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs using structured clinical rubrics
• Provide clear, evidence-based feedback to improve model performance
• Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions
