REQUIREMENTS

  • Nationally Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA) — required
  • HIPAA certified or training preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Prior experience in a clinical or patient-facing healthcare role
  • Strong phone communication skills with a warm, nurturing, and patient-centered approach
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable using EHRs and digital health platforms
  • Reliable home workspace with stable internet access

Preferred

  • Experience with Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) or Chronic Care Management (CCM)
  • Prior experience working remotely within an EHR system

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Remotely monitor patients enrolled in our client’s AI’s remote monitoring programs
  • Review patient data, alerts, and readings within KaiCare AI’s digital platform
  • Document patient updates and monitoring notes accurately and compliantly
  • Communicate with patients via phone in a clear, calm, and nurturing manner
  • Conduct patient check-ins as needed, ensuring they feel supported and understood
  • Translate technical or clinical information into easy-to-understand, reassuring language
  • Identify and escalate abnormal readings or patient concerns to appropriate clinical teams
  • Coordinate virtually with clinic staff to support patient care workflows
  • Maintain high attention to detail in data entry, documentation, and reporting
