REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching mathematics at various levels including middle school and high school.
• Strong knowledge of math disciplines such as algebra, geometry, calculus and/or trigonometry.
• Proficiency with learning technology tools and computer skills relevant to educational settings including Zoom.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively..

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver engaging and effective tutoring sessions in mathematics
• Develop customized lesson plans and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs and learning styles.
• Utilize various learning technologies and digital tools to enhance the educational experience.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with parents or educators when necessary to align tutoring strategies with academic goals.
• Keep detailed records of tutoring sessions and student progress for ongoing assessment.
