REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant UAE/GCC experience preferred.
Strong experience in masonry, civil and plumbing works.
Must be multi-skilled and willing to handle different types of maintenance jobs.
Knowledge of PPR, PVC, drainage and basic sanitary systems.
Good knowledge of tile, plaster, concrete and waterproofing works.
Ability to understand site requirements and work independently.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and finishing quality.
Responsible, punctual and professional when dealing with clients.
Ability to work effectively as part of a technical maintenance team.
UAE driving licence will be an added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITES

Carry out blockwork, plastering, cement works and masonry repairs.
Tile fixing, replacement, grouting and related finishing works.
Concrete cutting, patching, screeding and minor civil modifications.
Waterproofing and surface repair works.
Wall and floor breaking/chasing for plumbing and maintenance works.
Carry out plumbing installation, repair and modification works.
PPR, PVC and drainage pipe installation and repairs.
Repair and replacement of taps, mixers, valves, WC accessories, wash basins and sanitary fittings.
Identify and rectify water leakage and drainage issues.
Carry out minor waterproofing and sealing works around wet areas.
Refill and reinstate walls, floors, tiles or concrete after completion of plumbing works.
Assist with general handyman and maintenance works whenever required.
Properly use and maintain tools, equipment and materials.
Keep the work area clean and ensure protection of the client’s property.
Complete assigned jobs within the required timeframe and maintain good workmanship standards.
