Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in brand marketing, ideally within FMCG, CPG, beverage, premium consumer goods or a luxury-adjacent category.
  • Experience developing and executing marketing plans across multiple markets, ideally within the Middle East, Europe or broader EMEA region.
  • Strong understanding of how to translate global brand strategy into local market activity.
  • Experience working across brand, digital, ecommerce, retail, events and/or commercial activation channels.
  • Ability to partner effectively with sales teams, distributors, agencies and external stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial judgement, with the ability to assess opportunities, prioritise activity and protect the brand.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across time zones and remote teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage deadlines, budgets and multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, flexible and hands-on working style.
  • Ability to work independently while knowing when to align, escalate or seek approval.
  • Food and beverage experience would be highly regarded, but strong premium consumer brand experience will also be considered.
  • Dubai, UAE or broader Middle East market experience would be advantageous.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans across key EMEA markets, aligned to global brand strategy and local commercial priorities.
  • Localise global brand campaigns for regional markets, ensuring activity is relevant, effective and aligned to our client’s premium positioning.
  • Act as the brand guardian for the region, ensuring consistency in messaging, look, feel and consumer experience.
  • Partner closely with sales and trade marketing teams to support activity across retail, grocery, convenience, ecommerce, HORECA, distributors, events and partnerships.
  • Work with agencies, vendors, distributors and external partners to deliver high-quality marketing activity on time and within agreed budgets.
  • Build clear campaign calendars, manage timelines and ensure key milestones are delivered.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness, improve market presence and differentiate our client’s in competitive markets.
  • Support customer and partner-facing initiatives where marketing input is required.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets, with appropriate alignment and approvals from senior marketing leadership.
  • Communicate progress, risks and recommendations clearly across local, regional and global stakeholders.
  • Bring structure, commercial judgement and local market insight to marketing planning and execution across the region.
