Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience in marketing, with solid knowledge of marketing principles, campaign execution, and performance measurement. Experience in a marketing or advertising agency will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in reporting and data analysis, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Experience in outreach, partnership development, or influencer marketing, including influencer sourcing, relationship management, campaign coordination, and performance tracking.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and influencer performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
• Process-driven mindset with strong planning and organizational capabilities.
• Strong presentation skills with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese; proficiency in an additional language is an advantage.
• Interest in sports, Crypto or iGaming is a strong advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, partners, and influencers.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong teamwork and accountability.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support and execute marketing operations and cross-functional initiatives, including partner and influencer sourcing and vetting, negotiations, translations, research, and campaign execution.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve marketing operational policies, systems, and workflows to ensure efficient delivery of marketing plans.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, consumer insights, and campaign performance to inform strategy and optimization.
• Track, monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs); consolidate data into actionable reports and presentations with strategic recommendations.
• Manage and nurture relationships with partners, influencers, service providers, and other external stakeholders to ensure quality delivery and long-term collaboration.
• Support and coordinate marketing events (online & offline) and related activities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support community management across designated social media platforms and languages, ensuring consistent engagement and brand voice.
• Plan and execute outreach initiatives to build strategic partnerships, media relationships, and brand collaborations that expand market presence.
• Develop and manage influencer marketing programs, including influencer identification, vetting, onboarding, contract negotiation, campaign briefing, performance tracking, and relationship management.
• Oversee the execution of new and ongoing marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy and objectives.
Project Coordination & Support
• Assist in coordinating marketing projects to ensure tasks are completed on time and according to brief.
• Support day-to-day communication with external agencies (based outside Dubai) and internal teams to follow up on deliverables and timelines.
• Assist in sourcing and coordinating freelancers such as content creators, designers, and video editors.
• Track project timelines, follow up on pending items, and escalate delays when necessary.
• Maintain organized records of project files, briefs, and approvals.
Social Media Execution
• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms including Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
• Ensure posts follow brand guidelines and approved campaign messaging.
• Maintain and update the content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
• Monitor basic engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares) and compile simple performance reports.
Content & Creative Support
• Coordinate with designers, agencies, or freelancers to collect and organize digital assets.
• Review content for accuracy (spelling, formatting, tagging) before publishing.
• Support campaign launches by ensuring all required materials are ready and uploaded on time.
• Keep track of platform trends and share relevant updates with the team.
