REQUIREMENTS
- UAE National (Emiratization requirement).
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Support
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams for marketing materials and promotional activities.
- Maintain and update the company website, CRM, and marketing databases.
- Support event planning, webinars, workshops, and client engagement activities.
- Prepare marketing reports and track campaign performance.
Collections & Client Follow-Up
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding invoices and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and client communications.
- Coordinate with the Finance Department on payment status and account reconciliations.
- Prepare aging reports and collection summaries.
- Assist in resolving billing-related queries from clients.
Administrative Support
- Maintain client records and documentation.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
- Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items.
