Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to spot trends and suggest new ideas.

  • Experience managing relationships with luxury brand partners and influencers.
  • Ability to maintain brand consistency and oversee PR/social media outputs without direct execution.
  • Proactive in tracking partnership pipeline and reporting metrics to leadership.
  • Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams including creative, sales, and external agencies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and approach potential brand partners across luxury, lifestyle, travel, hospitality, and wellness in line with leadership’s direction.
  • Build and maintain warm working relationships with existing brand partners, seeking fresh, creative ways to extend each collaboration.
  • Prepare partnership proposals, briefs, and presentation materials in coordination with the Creative team.
  • Coordinate the partnership pipeline: tracking conversations, scheduling follow-ups, and keeping leadership informed.
  • Pass qualified leads and structured deals to the in-house sales team for closure.
  • Bring an entrepreneurial mindset, spot trends, suggest new ideas, and contribute fresh thinking in strategy discussions.
  • Coordinate marketing activity around partnerships and member experiences, ensuring alignment with company’s luxury positioning.
  • Brief the Creative team and external agencies on partnership-related campaigns and activations.
  • Liaise with influencers and tastemakers on collaboration logistics, briefs, and deliverables.
  • Support the planning and on-ground coordination of member activations, brand events, and curated experiences.
  • Stay close to luxury, lifestyle, and hospitality trends, flag relevant ideas to leadership and the Creative team.
  • Review and approve content calendars, social posts, press releases, and creative outputs prepared by the Creative team and agencies, ensuring brand consistency and timing.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with journalists, editors, and media contacts, coordinate press visits and FAM trips.
  • Coordinate working rhythm between Creative team, PR/social agencies, and external partners to ensure timely and on-brand deliverables.
  • Flag any brand, tone, or quality concerns early to the Creative Director and leadership.
  • Monitor performance scorecard and KPI targets related to revenue generation, brand collaborations, social media planning, public relations, and brand standards.
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual performance updates and reviews to Head Office.
