Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field
3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics or digital analytics
Real estate or B2C industry experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization)
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
Basic understanding of SQL is a plusKnowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager)
Analytical SkillsStrong quantitative and analytical abilities
Statistical analysis and data interpretation
Ability to derive actionable insights from complex data
Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to present complex data in simple, visual formatsStrong written and verbal communication

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze campaign performance metrics
- Track lead generation and conversion funnels

- Maintain data accuracy and reporting
