Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

5–10+ years in one or more of: principal or partner at a top-tier seed-to-growth VC fund, co-investment desk at a fund-of-funds, sovereign wealth fund, or family office, placement agent at a tier-1 firm, or active super-angel/syndicate lead with direct GP relationships.

You can name, today, 20+ partners or principals at seed-to-growth-stage VC funds who would reply to your text within 24 hours.

You have received unsolicited co-invest opportunities from GPs in the last 90 days — meaning deal flow already comes to you.

You understand SPV mechanics, co-investment terms, and the economics of over-allocation at early and mid-stage rounds.

You can articulate why Inflection Club is different from every other syndicate a GP gets pitched by — and you believe it.

You see DM’s member base as a genuine strategic asset, not as retail money beneath you. Cultural alignment with the ecosystem is non-negotiable.

You move fast and operate without supervision.

Nice to Have

Active presence in capital formation communities (ILPA, VC Platform Global, etc.).

Direct relationships in AI, robotics, biotech/longevity, energy, or blockchain infrastructure specifically.

Prior experience at a club, syndicate, or family office co-invest vehicle.

Familiarity with token allocation structures (SAFTs, SAFEs with token warrants, vesting schedules) — we are open to token-based deals alongside equity.

Existing relationships with secondary platforms (Hiive, Forge, EquityZen, Caplight, Setter).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Activate your existing relationships with partners, principals, and co-invest desks at top-tier VC funds from seed through growth stage (see target fund list below).

Position our client as the preferred co-invest partner: sister company of Decentralized Masters ($100M+ revenue, 4,500 HNW members), clean SPV structure, fast close (2–3 weeks), no terms-fighting, accredited LP base with strategic value-add through community adoption.

Surface 30–50 potential co-investment opportunities per quarter for the investment committee, of which 3–5 are presented to members monthly.

Negotiate access, allocation size, and information rights on behalf of the club.

Build supplementary relationships with placement agents, secondary marketplaces, and founder networks.

Represent our client at relevant industry events (SuperReturn, IPEM, NEXT, All-In Summit, etc.).
