Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7–10 years of experience in IT performance management, IT governance, risk management, or operational resilience.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL, COBIT, risk frameworks, and resilience concepts (RTO/RPO, BCP, DR).
  • Proven experience in data analysis, performance reporting, and executive-level presentations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional IT teams and senior leadership.

Preferred

  • Experience in financial services or large enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and audit requirements related to IT resilience.
  • Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement a resiliency-aligned performance and data governance framework covering system availability, recoverability, incident trends, and risk indicators.
  • Define and manage KPIs and KRIs related to service continuity, RTO/RPO adherence, system stability, and dependency risks.
  • Oversee centralized collection, validation, and consolidation of IT performance and resiliency data across all technology verticals.
  • Analyze data and translate into actionable insights for senior leadership, highlighting risks, vulnerabilities, and improvement areas.
  • Lead monthly executive reporting on IT performance and resilience posture, including incidents, trends, and remediation progress.
  • Coordinate audit, regulatory, and governance reporting related to IT controls and technology resilience.
  • Facilitate performance and resiliency review meetings with IT leadership to ensure accountability and data accuracy.
  • Identify systemic issues and recurring weaknesses, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
